The breakfast was very good with fresh bread, bakery, fruit, hardboiled eggs and cheese, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Very caring, absolutely exceptional staff who was always available. Perfect view of river. Quick check-in and exceptional service.

Just superb location, modern interior, healthy breakfast. The bed was good sized and I had a nice balcony. The staff was extremely gracious, good natured all the time.

Staff were pleasant, everything was nice, the location was perfect and close to the outer ferry terminal. I was given a beautiful room with a luxury bathroom. Swimming pool was lovely too, thoroughly enjoyed it.

It was spotless and the staff were courteous, beds were comfortable. Glamorous and huge rooms with WiFi, iron/ironing board and cable TV.

The hotel was hip new and I appreciated the streets of Macau. There were air conditioner, an electronic key card and a work desk in the rooms, which made them cheap. The central location and kind staff were the highlight of this great stay. Can't beat the location, in front of a bus stop👍

The check-in was early, the service was welcoming, plus ideal location. The staff was considerable and they helped us with luggage. Food was good with lots of alternatives. Tidy and glamorous hotel in Macau Centre district.

Relaxing place to stay in Macau. Outstanding English breakfast - different cheese, boiled eggs, meats, slices of fresh bread and bakery. The room was warm, cosy and the beds were quiet. They made my stay fantastic. I used bus shuttle provided by the hotel too.

luxe hotel, i enjoyed my stay here. the staff did all they can for a fine stay. comfy beds, an electronic key card and a hairdryer were a nice touch. delightful breakfast combined with friendly service. there was a modest restaurant, the shops and boutiques next door.
